Gina’s Yummy Christmas Yam Recipe

Around Christmas time, I am often asked to bring my baked cinnamon yams to pot luck parties. They are easy to make, and so very delicious. They’re the perfect side dish to any holiday meal. You might like to try them too.

Preheat your oven to 375°. Get olive oil, cinnamon, honey, salt, and pepper ready for use.

Peel and cut 4 large yams into bite size chunks.

Place them in a single layer on a greased baking tray. You may need two trays.

Drizzle the yams with olive oil and honey, then sprinkle cinnamon, salt and pepper on top. You can toss them to get the seasoning on all sides.

Bake for 25 – 30 minutes.
